The approach that we intend to give our contribution wants to be as motivated. And therefore we intend to define the field. In our opinion, because there can be no development should take into consideration:
1) transparency and regularity of the contractual relationship between the individuals composing the community that it intends to project itself into the development and those who come into contact with it;
2) adequate and efficient infrastructure and services to support the momentum of development.
3) Ability to Pre-development vision.
1) In theory, everything is in place in Catania, with reference to the legality of contractual relationships. In reality in this city, in addition to parking in double and triple line, we have a structural inability to ensure the display of prices of goods in shop windows, the enforcement of the rules on the weight of food. At higher level, we can talk about the vagueness of the charges for material and impossible to defend against unauthorized or unlawful.
2) The services are not adequate to date to support any development project. Less serious is the talk of infrastructure, which focuses instead on the larger debate. Inefficiency, we know that the services are not only inefficient, but have not set any serious reasoning and concrete adaptation and improvement, able to harmonize with any development process.

1) protection of the environment in key tourism development to the benefit of values \u200b\u200babstract ethics, but the defense of direct and Immediate families of about 60,000 (about one third of the city) that live in the future of tourism and related activities.
2) traffic routes capable of absorbing these flows and enable the movement or even pleasant;
3) Transparency of services and pricing;
4) local agencies that support and animate these processes with virtuous policies;
5) widespread awareness of the future that awaits us;
6) Solidarity and rethinking of the welfare state pending receipt of these projects and able to involve the citizens.
Compared to these actions, not comprehensive, what is the current situation?
Away from these requirements.
A couple of days ago, ADOC has released a note in which he explained that he had asked Health Agency and the Harbour to see what were the views on environmental protection and enjoyment of the sea. Our proposals for making possible this program are therefore:

5) Sharing a protocol transparency and legality of the trade and services;
6) Forms of solidarity to protect the extra-work market and not against it.
On the last point we believe we can do a special session of the States General, but we are available to a limited operational meeting to start some ideas that we have already processed.
